Hey Estefania, unfortunately, this review is just filled with false information. We have text records and email records filled with suggestions and strategies that you agreed to. Everything was well communicated throughout the entire process. Again, the reason you are leaving this review and upset with the way your home sale turned out, is because the appraisal came in for $15,000 under the sales contract price, which is totally out of everyone’s hands. I also have multiple records of phone calls, where we discussed everything in length. We worked really hard for you for 4+ months and also credited a sizable amount of our commission back to you at closing to make up for any difference. We had no issues or any complaints from you the entire process until the appraisal came in low, which again is totally out of our control but we tried to make up for it by giving you credits back. We wish you the best and hope this helps explain to anyone reading the legitimacy of the issue.
